Position Details

• Position: Physical Therapist
• Vacancies: 2
• Salary: $60,000/year

Nature of Work

Evaluate and treat patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, provide wound care, and work with pediatric clients. Maintain documentation, attend meetings, and participate in quality assurance programs.

Duties

• Evaluate and treat referred and self-referred patients
• Create patient care plans
• Provide physical therapy treatments per plans
• Use modalities per APTA standards
• Supervise patients in functional activities/exercises
• Maintain timely documentation
• Oversee therapy assistants/technicians
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Learn to use Pilates equipment
• Attend in-service training

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from U.S.-accredited program or equivalent
• Experience: None required
• Licenses: Valid U.S. or Canadian PT license (CNMI endorsement eligible)
• Skills:
  • Problem-solving, analytical reasoning
  • Effective communication across cultures
  • Knowledge of PT principles, techniques, and modalities
  • Customer service and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn Pilates equipment
• Physical Requirements:
  • Lift/push/pull 20+ lbs, reposition patients
  • Excellent vision, communication, manual dexterity
  • Static/trunk strength, flexibility

Conditional Requirements

• Pass pre-employment health and drug screenings

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40+ hours/week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturdays by appointment
